ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A motion by the father of the suspected Apalachee High School shooter has been denied, according to court documents.
Colin Gray had filed multiple motions to suppress evidence in July. Gray allegedly gave statements to the GBI on Sept. 4, 2024, but claimed the statements “were not freely or voluntarily given.”
He also claimed officers searched his home without a warrant after the shooting.

Gray wished to suppress the evidence, which would prevent witnesses called by the prosecution from mentioning it.
