MINNEAPOLIS — Vice President JD Vance is scheduled to visit Minneapolis today, Sept. 3, one week after the shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church that killed two children and injured 21 other people.
Vance’s office said the vice president and second lady Usha Vance will be in Minneapolis to pay their respects to the victims of the shooting.
“They will hold a series of private meetings to convey condolences to the families of those affected by the tragedy,” a statement from Vance’s office read.
Further details on the visit were not available.
