FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The Dallas Cowboys and former NDSU running back, Hunter Luepke have agreed to a two-year extension.

According to the Dallas Cowboys, the extension is around $7.5 million for the former undrafted free agent.

In Luepke’s two years in the league, he’s appeared in all but one game totaling 57 yards rushing and 129 yards receiving. Luepke has also proven to be a versatile player that the Cowboys cherish taking snaps at running back, full back, and tight end.

Luepke will appear on the field Thursday night for the NFL opener of Cowboys versus Eagles.
