SOUTHINGTON, CT (WFSB) - A mother is looking for answers after a mix-up on her five-year-old daughter’s school bus.

Madisen Clapps said her daughter Raevyn had fallen asleep on the bus and was not dropped off at daycare on Tuesday.

Raevyn started school at Thalberg Elementary last week, but this was her first time taking the bus.

Madisen said she got a call from a daycare worker about 20 minutes after dismissal asking where Raevyn was.

“[The worker] said she asked the bus driver specifically for my daughter, full name, and the driver said ‘I do not have Raevyn. She’s on my list but I do not have her.’ She did not call for my child’s name, she did not get out of her seat and check,” said Madisen.
