CLEVELAND, Ohio — Increased ticket sales have pushed the Powerball jackpot to an estimated $1.4 billion for the Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2025, drawing, making it the fourth largest in the lottery’s history.

The winning numbers are 3-16-29-61-69 Powerball 22 Power Play 2x.

The $1.4 billion jackpot is for a winner who opts to receive 30 payments over 29 years through an annuity. Winners almost always choose the game’s cash option, which for this drawing would be an estimated $634.3 million before taxes.

The record Powerball jackpot was a $2.04 billion prize won by Edwin Castro of Altadena, Calif., on Nov. 7, 2022.

The Classic Lotto numbers are 15-18-27-35-39-47 Kicker 278802. The jackpot increases to $7.5 million for Saturday’s drawing.
