THOMAS TWP, MI – A mid-Michigan bakery is celebrating the recent engagement of pop star Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce with something sweet.

Mary’s Creative Cakery in Saginaw County began offering frosted sugar cookies featuring an edible image of the Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end on Wednesday, Sept. 3. The bakery is near the intersection of Gratiot and South River roads in Thomas Township.

“They are very cool,” said bakery owner Mary Lesh of the on-trend treats. “And they taste good.”

Swift announced the engagement in a post on Instagram on Aug. 26, prompting a massive response from fans across the world.

“Everybody’s so excited about their engagement, so we thought we’d join,” Lesh said.
