GREELEY, Colo. (KDVR) -- A Greeley City Council meeting got heated earlier this week and ended with a police report being filed.
The meeting at the City Center South building drew a sizeable crowd for public comment on the Catalyst & Cascadia Greeley West project. Greeley Police officers were also present in the council chambers.
The two-part project is going to be an entertainment district that is going to cost about $832 million, which will go towards a professional sports arena, a year-round indoor waterpark and a privately-owned residential and commercial area called Cascadia.
