RICHMOND, Va. (WVIR) - Virginia health officials confirmed the state’s fourth measles case of 2025 on Wednesday, involving a school-age child who recently traveled internationally.
The Virginia Department of Health is now working to identify anyone who may have been exposed at several public locations in the Virginia Beach and Norfolk areas between August 27 and September 1.
Potential exposure locations include:
Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters Health Center on Virginia Beach Boulevard - Wednesday, August 27 from 5 to 8:30 p.m.
CVS Pharmacy on Laskin Road in Virginia Beach - Thursday, August 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
CHKD Emergency Department in Norfolk - Saturday, August 30 from 1:30 to 8 p.m.
CHKD Hospital in Norfolk - Saturday, August 30 at 6 p.m. through Monday, Sep
