The families of the 346 individuals killed in a pair of Boeing 737 MAX crashes (which took place between 2018 and 2019) urged a federal judge in Fort Worth this week to reject the United States Department of Justice's earlier motion to dismiss a criminal case against Boeing. The judge in question, Federal Judge Reed O'Connor, will rule on the incident soon, with the Department of Justice having previously filed criminal charges against Boeing (NYSE: BA).
