GREELEY, Colo. (KKTV) - A man was taken into custody Wednesday after reportedly throwing a 10-pound rock through the window of a Mobile Radar Van in Greeley, injuring one.

The Greeley Police Department (GPD) said its Photo Enforcement vehicle was deployed to a designated school zone on 16th Street around 7 a.m.

Police said cameras from the Real Time Information Center captured a suspect throwing a 10-pound rock through the window of the vehicle.

According to officers, a technician who was in the vehicle at the time suffered minor injuries, and the damage to the van is estimated to cost $2,600.

GPD said the suspect, identified as 27-year-old Greeley resident Dillan Roker, ran from the scene but was caught nearby and taken into custody.

Roker is facing charges of attempted first-degree
