SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Scottsville man has been arrested after the Mennonite community reported one of its members for having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Donald Stoner, 31, was arrested on the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 2, by the Allen County Sheriff's Department. According to court documents, the Mennonite community contacted deputies after Stoner allegedly confessed to having sex with a family member.

It began in 2022, per an arrest citation, and the girl was 15 years old at the time.

Stoner was charged with third-degree rape and incest.

He was lodged in the Allen County Detention Center. An investigation into the report is still ongoing.
