RICHMOND, Ind. — A Wayne County man was arrested again Wednesday for allegedly exposing himself to a child in a Five Below just one week after he was arrested for the same crime in a Meijer store.

According to a release from the Richmond Police Department , Wendell Woodall, 46, of Fountain City, was arrested Sept. 3 after an investigation into an Aug. 18 incident at a Five Below store located in the 4600 block of East National Road in Richmond. Police say Woodall allegedly expose his genitals to a child at the store.

Woodall's arrest comes one week after he was arrested on Aug. 27 following an investigation into an Aug. 20 incident in which he allegedly exposed himself to a child in the school supply section of a Meijer store in Richmond . Woodall was never charged for that crime.
