BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) - West Virginia Department of Forestry has been rotating their workers for the past 2 months.
This is all in a day's work for the men and women who work for the WV DOF.
So why are their offices missing a few workers?
It’s because the Engine 401 and rotating crews have battled wildfires in California’s Six Rivers National Forest. This includes the Butler and Dillon Fires.
Regional Forester Chris White recently returned from a similar rotation.
