RICHMOND – Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) welcomes Jordan Smith as associate vice president for public affairs. With almost two decades of experience, Smith brings extensive academic, public policy and business expertise to EKU.
Smith previously served as assistant vice president of public affairs at Murray State University, which announced his resignation last week. He also taught as an adjunct instructor of political science. Prior to this role at Murray State, he was the governmental affairs manager for Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) and worked in legislative affairs at the federal and state level.
