MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Memphis Mayor Paul Young addressed the violence in the hours following the city’s annual 901 Day celebration, including a shooting that sent a teenager to the hospital. Young largely described the event as a success, but said his thoughts are with the family of the injured teen.
