SEGUIN, Texas — #RV Texas Lutheran’s Caleb Camarillo (Gonzales/Southside) caught three balls for 95 yards and a touchdown and Marvin Farris (Rosenberg/Lamar Consolidated) tallied a team-high ten tackles but #RV Trinity rolled to 170 yards rushing to post a season-opening 26-14 win over the Bulldogs on Thursday night at Bulldog Stadium.

With the loss, the Tigers handed the Bulldogs their first loss at Bulldog Stadium since losing to McMurry on Nov. 4, 2023, snapping their six-game home winning streak. The Bulldogs continue their non-conference schedule and return to action at Bulldog Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 13 as they welcome the Howard Payne Yellow Jackets to Seguin.
