One of Northern Colorado's top soccer players in recent years has become a national standout.
Former Rocky Mountain High School star Jace Holley is one of two Colorado players tied for the NCAA women's lead in points through nearly a month of play.
Holley has already compiled seven goals with four assists (18 points, with two points for a goal and one for an assist) in the Buffaloes' 5-0-1 start, while teammate Hope Leyba has scored nine goals. Stats are current for games played through Sept. 4.
