ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Multiple Rochester police officers were seen in front of Pelican's Nest Waterfront Restaurant on River Street Friday afternoon.

News 8 saw the scene on its SkyCam network. At least three RPD patrol cars and a van are outside the restaurant. As of now, it has not been confirmed why officers responded to the business.
