Young people are craving connection now more than ever, and one of Chicago’s hottest new event series is creating a community one rooftop party at a time. “ My business partner and I recognized that there is a large demand for fun, experiential events [in Chicago],” says Highline Chicago co-owner Carter Nolan. Thus, Highline Chicago was created.

The pop-up party series is coming to the rooftop at Time Out Market in the West Loop, with a roster of activations to boot: more than six DJs, an espresso martini ice luge, complimentary tequila tastings, a photo station and more. “We hope people have the type of experience they can’t find at a typical bar, venue or anywhere else in Chicago,” Nolan adds. “Our goal is to build a community with lots of recurring guests and leave every attend
