LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Police made a second arrest in a robbery that happened outside North Star High School on Aug. 22.

A 15-year-old boy was robbed of his shoes, backpack, laptop, phone, headphones and inhaler outside of the school just before 2:15 p.m. The total loss was estimated at more than $1,100.

The victim told police he was near the track when two unknown males approached him and told him to give them his belongings.

The North Star School Resource Officer reviewed surveillance video of the incident and identified one of the suspects as 18-year-old Angelo Givans of Lincoln.

Givans was located and arrested on suspicion of robbery just after 3 p.m. that day. Some of the victim’s belongings were recovered during the arrest.
