KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) - School can come with its own hurdles and anxieties. Central Texas College has implemented two programs on campus to help ease the burden as much as possible.

Students have access to a food pantry known as the Eagles Nest and a clothing closet providing business clothes for students as they begin their career path.

As for how these programs work, at the Eagles Nest students schedule an appointment and are then walked through the shopping with staff.

Net Impact got involved with the program last year -- adding a new inventory system to keep track of food and partnered with the Killeen Food Care Center to make sure the shelves remain stocked.
