ASHEVILLE, N.C. —

A woman is accused of breaking into a storage unit, stealing a safe and then using stolen credit and debit cards, according to Asheville police.

After speaking with the victim, it was determined that a safe containing financial cards and documents had been stolen, and the cards were used at several local businesses.

Through investigation, officers said they were able to review security footage showing the suspect using one of the stolen cards at a convenience store on Depot Street.
