CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – There will be an additional set of traffic delays Monday due to the installation of a 12-inch HDPE water pipeline.

The delay will occur from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. approximately 0.23 miles southwest from the intersection of Green Valley Road and County Route 77/4.

Emergency vehicles and local traffic will have access with delays of 15 minutes or less.

Hours of operation will also adhere to local curfew as to not interfere with school bus routes and travel.
