An Edinburgh man was subjected to a serious assault while biking along a cycle path.
The 46-year-old was riding along the Blackhall Cycle Path when he was attacked by an off-road dirt bike driver.
The incident took place near Davidson Mains in Edinburgh around 6.05pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
Officers are now appealing for information on the potential assailant, who is described as white, around 5ft 10 and of a slim build, but their gender is unknown. They were wearing a black full-face helmet and black puffer jacket.
