PASCO, Wash. – Residents of Pasco have something exciting to look forward to as the Pasco Chamber of Commerce brings the Southern tradition of CrawFest to the banks of the Columbia River.

The festival promises a day filled with food, music, and fun for the community.

CrawFest is set to take place from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The event offers a chance to enjoy authentic Cajun crawfish, a treat that Colin Hasting from the Pasco Chamber says is a must-try.

“If you’ve never had authentic Cajun crawfish, got to come down tomorrow,” he said.

Admission to CrawFest is free, but a tray of food, which includes not just crawfish but also potatoes, corn, and sausage, costs about $45.

Hastings noted, “A tray can easily feed two people, sometimes even three.”
