FLINT, MI – A former General Motors executive and Catholic Charities program director has been named as the next CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint.

Ashley Bond will succeed Tauzzari Robinson, who led the Flint club for 15 years.

Bond has experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Most recently, she worked at General Motors, where she managed multi-million-dollar budgets and built relationships with community stakeholders, according to a news release from the club.

Before that, Bond served in leadership roles in child welfare and family services with Catholic Charities in Fairfax County, Virginia and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.

Bond grew up in Genesee County and attended Grand Blanc schools from kindergarten to graduation, she said.
