SPOOLS ON THE LOOSE

Here’s something you don’t see every day: a gigantic spool rolling down a busy street. But that’s exactly what happened around 10 p.m. on Aug. 6 in Newton , and eyewitness Noah Glickman captured the wild moment on video.
