A member of the Zizians cult is slated for arraignment Friday on a murder charge for allegedly shooting a Border Patrol agent in Vermont in January , a crime that could result in a death sentence if she’s convicted.

Teresa Youngblut , 21, of Seattle, is accused of murdering and assaulting a federal officer, Border Patrol Agent David Maland , 44, as he performed his duties on Jan. 20.

In court papers, federal prosecutors said last month that they intend to seek the death penalty against Youngblut, who’s among a fringe group of radical computer scientists concerned with issues including veganism and gender identity who have been linked to six killings in three states.
