Thumbs Up: This thumbs up is for the nationwide effort to focus on mental health resources in the wake of the tragic Aug. 27 shooting at the Annunciation Church and School in Minneapolis that left two young children dead. The outrage toward the shooter continues to swirl around Minnesota and the United States, as it should be. But instead of trying to make this a political issue, the focus should be on mental health services.
