BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. —

A Butler County EMT is facing multiple charges following an investigation of an Aug. 24 incident, in which police say he sexually assaulted underage children.

According to a release from Pennsylvania State Police Saturday, officials charged Nathan Mitchell, 51, of Adams Township, with sexual assault by sports official, indecent assault without consent of other, indecent assault person substantially impaired, indecent assault person less than 13 years of age, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children. The charges come after police said they interviewed multiple juvenile victims following an incident that took place on Aug. 24. The release did not provide any details on what led to the investigation.
