DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – One of the lacrosse players who tragically died in a vehicle crash on Saturday near Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was from Springboro, Ohio.

According to the university, both Noah Snyder, 20, and Scott Michaud, 19, were student-athletes on the Marquette men’s lacrosse team, the Golden Eagles. It said these young men were in a crash near the school. It said other teammates were taken to a nearby hospital for their injuries.

The school canceled all weekend athletic events out of respect for them both.
