Nine most expensive homes sold in South Brunswick, Aug. 25

A house in Dayton that sold for $925,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in South Brunswick in the past week.

In total, nine residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $634,000. The average price per square foot was $326.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 25 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
