ROANOKE, W.Va. (WBOY) - From the sound of fishing lines being cast to the laughter of children testing out archery targets, the annual Hunting and Fishing Day at Stonewall Resort brought the outdoors to life on Saturday.

Hosted by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR), the event is designed to introduce young people to the many ways they can explore and enjoy the Mountain State’s natural resources. Families from across the state gathered for a full day of activities, demonstrations, and hands-on learning meant to build skills and strengthen connections with nature.
