CHICO, Calif. - The 32nd Annual Chico Parade of Lights is set to illuminate Downtown Chico on Saturday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m.

Organizers say this cherished community event event invites families, local businesses, and groups from the surrounding area to celebrate creativity and hometown pride.

The theme this year is "Celebrating Our Town," encouraging participants to decorate their parade entries with vibrant lights and imaginative designs. Entries that best capture the theme will be eligible for awards in their category.

The parade begins at 3rd Street and Salem, travels down Main Street, turns at 6th Street, and concludes at 4th Street and Broadway. Arriving early is recommended for securing prime viewing locations.
