SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - A little girl named Penelope had a very special night at Four Winds Field, as she ran the bases as a part of “Home Run for Life.”

Penelope, or Penny is artistic, and loves to sing and dance to Taylor Swift! But at 9 years old, Penelope has been through a lot .

Around three years ago, her health took a turn. Doctors discovered she had a brain tumor after suffering from multiple seizures.
