CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) - Illinois football is moving up in the AP poll after a sizeable non-conference road win.

The Illini are ranked No. 9 in the week three AP Poll, up two spots from last week.

Illinois outscored Duke 31-7 in the second half on Saturday to improve to 2-0.

The Illini are set to host Western Michigan in front of a sold out Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 13.
