EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Former East High standout Jaylen Warren scored his first touchdown of the season in the fourth quarter, catching a ball from Aaron Rodgers with a wide-open stroll into the end zone.

The Pittsburgh Steelers took on the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in week one on Sunday, September 7.

Fresh off a contract extension this offseason , Warren left his fingerprints all over Pittsburgh’s first game.

Through the first three and a half quarters, he had 11 carries for 37 yards and added two receptions for 22 yards and the receiving touchdown early in the fourth quarter.

Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers was impressive in his debut with the team. At the same point in the game, the former NFL MVP had completed 17 of his 23 pass attempts for 229 yards and four touchdowns.
