LUBBOCK, Texas-- This week, Talking Points with KAMC's Jen Phillips is back with a fresh chat with Dr. Lawrence Schovanec, President of Texas Tech.

Jen Phillips discussed record enrollment, how Texas Tech plans to accommodate all these students, the impact of international student restrictions on graduate programs, the new chancellor, the new Reese Air Force Base project and, of course, football.

Jen Phillips also discussed the upcoming tax rate vote at the city council, as the final decision will be made on Tuesday. (Yes, they intend to raise your taxes!) She also mentioned the exhausting Sine Die in Austin.
