LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Louisville Chamber Choir is headed to East Asia for a special performance.

The choir was one of two international choirs that were invited to perform at the 2025 Incheon International Choir Festival in Incheon, South Korea.

LCC held a special send off concert at Christ Church Cathedral on Sunday, giving the public a chance to hear some of the music they will perform overseas.

The LCC will also perform a concert with Choruscum in Seoul on Sept. 18.

Kent Hatteberg, who serves as the choir’s artistic director, said many students from South Korea come to the University of Louisville to get their master’s degree in conducting.
