Description: The new Central Station apartment towers in the heart of downtown Phoenix are nearly complete, with some students from the neighboring ASU campus already moving in.

The 1 million-square-foot mixed-use development just south of Civic Space Park comprises two residential towers, one for student housing and one for traditional apartments. There are also two floors of office space, ground-floor retail and restaurants, and a new transit station.
