PUYALLUP, Wash. — Law enforcement is searching for a suspect who struck and severely injured a cyclist in Puyallup before fleeing from the scene a little over a week ago.
The driver of a white Mercedes C-Class sedan struck a person who was riding their bicycle along Meridian Avenue at around 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30.
After striking the pedestrian, the car fled the scene.
The victim was carrying a bag at the time that got caught on the Mercedes' right front fender following the impact.
