CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)-- The Cumberland County District Attorney held a news conference on Monday to discuss the findings of the late August shooting involving a police officer.

The Cumberland County District Attorney's Office announced that the West Shore Regional Police Department officer was justified in shooting Romaine Marszalek during an incident on August 25.
