Traffic being diverted after crash involving fire truck on Sprigg St., Washington Ave. in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - Traffic on Sprigg Street in Cape Girardeau is blocked after a crash on Monday morning, September 8.

According to Patrolman Bobby Newton with the Cape Girardeau Police Department, the crash is on Sprigg and Washington Ave.

He said Ladder 1 fire truck was involved in the crash.

Newton said Sprigg Street is closed in the area and crews are diverting traffic.
