CORVALLIS — A temporary stalking order against Oregon State football player Exodus Ayers was dismissed Monday morning in Benton County Circuit Court.

Katherine Daniella Rodriguez did not appear before Judge Joan E. Demarest for the hearing, which was set to decide whether the temporary protective order granted to Rodriguez in August would be made permanent. Ayers — facing accusations of domestic violence from Rodriguez — appeared alongside attorney Andrew Noonan and OSU football director of strategic operations Brian Lundy.

A report of domestic violence made by Rodriguez to the Corvallis Police Department is still under investigation. Charges have not been filed as of Monday morning.
