The “Perfect” singer is collaborating with Van Leeuwen on a music-inspired flavor. Starting on Wednesday, Sept. 10, the Grammy winner’s dessert, Play Pink ice cream, will be available in honor of Sheeran's highly anticipated album Play, out Friday, Sept. 12.
