A large Massachusetts-based Dunkin’ franchise is closing a Haverhill production facility and will lay off 74 employees, according to a state filing.

NGP Management, also called Scrivanos Network, said in a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notice filed with the state on Sept. 2 that it plans to eliminate the jobs in early November. In a letter to the state from the company’s director of human resources Suzanne Wilson, she wrote the “entire facility” at 15 Parkridge Road, Ward Hill, Haverhill, will close.
