Firefighters were called out Monday morning to battle a brush fire in Escondido.
The flames have charred 2-3 acres near the 2200 block of San Pasqual Valley Road, but, Cal Fire officials said, the Flora Fire is burning at a slow rate of spread. Multiple structures are being threatened, they added.
At least one firefighting was spotted on-scene, making water drops, which seems to be helping crews gain control of the flames.
