(WETM) – Today's Pet of the Week is a very good boy from the Animal Care Sanctuary.

Rhubarb is a four-year-old husky mix who is just looking for some love and care after having a rough start in life. Rhubarb came to the shelter in June after being transferred from a partner shelter in North Carolina with a brother who has since been adopted.

When he came into the shelter, Rhubarb was skinny and had very matted fur, but he has since been cleaned up and is working on putting on more weight. Though he has had a rough start, Rhubarb is a sweet boy who is looking for a soft and calm place to adjust and become himself.

Rhubarb is a mix of calm and adventurous. He loves to be active, go on walks and play with toys, but he is also down to snuggle on the couch and chill out for the afternoon.
