The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has proposed a special regulation regarding a reduced daily bag limit for sunfish on Rabideau Lake in Beltrami County.

To gather feedback, the DNR is set to hold an open house meeting with a public comment period from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 15, at Ten Lake Township Hall. The township hall is located at 2142 Mission Road SE, in Cass Lake.

The DNR will also accept submitted comments by Oct. 31. Those interested can submit their comment by contacting the DNR Fisheries Office at (218) 308-2330 or edie.evarts@state.mn.us. Folks can also participate in an online survey found at mndnr.gov/fishing/special-fishing-regulations-input.html .
