West Virginia running back Jahiem White will reportedly miss the remainder of the season, per CBS Sports reporter Matt Zenitz. White went down in the second quarter in the loss to Ohio after he was tackled by a horse collar and a facemask. White proceeded to be carried off the field, spent significant time in the medical tent, then play was stopped, for him to be carted off the field.

WVU had no official word on the reports.

After the game, Rich Rodriguez said it looked bad from the sideline, but didn’t know the extent of the injury.

White rushed 18 times for 93 yards and two scores in the season opener against Robert Morris. Then, six times for 60 yards and WVU’s lone score against Ohio before the injury.
